Three taken to hospital after Karaka crash

Three people were taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash in Karaka this morning.

Police said they received a report of a two vehicle crash on Linwood Road at around 7.40am.

A Hato Hone St John media spokesperson said two ambulances and one rapid response unit attended the scene.

“Our crews assessed and treated three patients, two in a moderate condition and one in a critical condition, who were transported to Middlemore Hospital.”
