Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

At Studio Pilates Pukekohe, Reformer Pilates is more than just a workout – it’s a personalised approach to movement, strength and long-term wellbeing.

Owned and operated locally by a qualified physiotherapist, our studio combines clinical
expertise with high-quality Pilates programming. Unlike many fitness facilities, our owner
remains actively involved on the studio floor, regularly instructing classes, supporting clients and helping guide modifications when needed.

We understand that every body is different. Many of our clients come to us managing injuries, recovering from surgery, navigating chronic pain, or simply wanting to move better and feel stronger in everyday life. Our instructors are trained to provide tailored exercise options throughout every class, helping clients work safely, confidently and at a pace that suits their individual needs.

Reformer Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that offers benefits for all ages and fitness
levels, including:

  •  Full body strength and muscle tone.
  • Better posture and body awareness.
  • Increased flexibility and mobility.
  • Improved core strength and stability.
  • Reduced aches, stiffness, and muscular tension.
  • Support for injury rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Increased energy and overall wellbeing.

The impact can be life-changing. One client recently shared:

“I walked into the studio a broken older woman, totally out of my comfort zone and in bad shape mentally and physically. After attending classes regularly for a year, the changes in me are out of this world – I am so much stronger, carry myself better, and many of my aches and pains have disappeared. With the guidance of the instructors, I’ve learned to support my weak spots and achieve things I never thought possible. The team is so supportive and encouraging, and they’ve helped me heal on so many levels. They’ve made me feel that this 67-year-old can still challenge herself.”

With more than 50 classes each week and a schedule spanning seven days, Studio Pilates
Pukekohe makes it easy to fit movement into even the busiest lifestyle. Whether you prefer an early morning session, a lunchtime class or an evening workout, there are flexible options to suit your routine.

Located in the heart of Pukekohe, our boutique studio combines expert instruction with a
welcoming and supportive community. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, support rehabilitation or simply rediscover the enjoyment of movement, we’re here to help you feel stronger, healthier and more confident — one class at a time.

No previous Pilates or exercise experience is required. Feel the difference for yourself – pop into the studio or contact us on 020 4170 8523 to start your journey!
