Signature Homes Papakura & Franklin is one of the most sought-after and respected builders in the wider South Auckland area, where no new build project is too big or too small.

Owners Ben and Kerry Wheeler have a wealth of experience in new homes and property across Auckland and North Waikato and are committed to providing the very best client experience throughout your building journey. Alongside their years of experience working in executive-level sales and marketing roles across a broad range of industries, Ben, Kerry, and their experienced team will provide a full-service building solution that is second to none.

Whether you’re looking for a house and land package in Franklin or Papakura districts, or you’re a landowner seeking a design and build solution, Ben and Kerry’s expert team will take you through the new home building process step by step. They can also provide “demo and build” solutions if you are looking to build your dream home on your existing property.

“We have clients from a real mix of life stages – first home buyers, second home buyers,
downsizers, and family land projects where part of the family land has been given its own title for a family member to build on. We’ve seen it all, and we can guide you through your own build,” Kerry says.

As one of 15 Signature Homes franchises across the country, the team has access to a wealth of standard plans that are part of the plan library.

Sophisticated pre-construction and costing software means existing plans can be modified and cost-adjusted in real time during client meetings, with the changes reflected in a 3D floorplan on your site.

Signature Homes proudly offers fixed price builds, giving its clients certainty from the very
beginning. To ensure complete accuracy, every Signature Homes Building Agreement is
independently reviewed by Residential Indemnity Limited (RIL), which carefully cross-checks all pricing.

This additional layer of assurance means you can move forward with confidence, knowing that your Signature Homes Building Agreement is transparent, fair, and accurate. It’s just one of the ways Signature Homes continues to lead the way as a client-first building company.

Other Signature Homes guarantees include the Home Completion Guarantee, which ensures your home will be 100 per cent finished as per your Signature Homes Building Agreement. Once your concrete slab is poured, Signature Homes Papakura & Franklin will give you your Guaranteed Completion Date. The Fixed Price Guarantee is just one of a suite of comprehensive building guarantees offered by the Signature Homes team. In addition, we have the Home Completion Guarantee, Guaranteed Completion Date, Two-Year Service Guarantee, and both Ten-Year Weather Tightness and Structural Guarantees. Many clients say these are key deciding factors in choosing our team to build their home as it gives them peace of mind and confidence throughout their build journey.

In November, Signature Homes Papakura & Franklin moved to its new headquarters on Karaka Road. The Karaka Family Church at 458 Karaka Road was originally built at nearby Pokeno in 1890 and transported to its current location by a team of bullocks in 1917. Karaka Church continued operating as a place of worship until 2003, when it was sold into private ownership, later becoming a boutique gift shop.

Kerry says creating their new office space within this beautiful historic building was a great way to showcase products from many of their suppliers, and their new office is perfectly located within the heart of Franklin. The former retail space has been revamped as a meeting room and offices, while more office space has been created downstairs. Ben and Kerry along with their team of new home consultants, quantity surveyors, project managers, and the client and administration manager, all work from the Karaka site. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm. Pop in to talk to their team of experts if you’re thinking of building.

At Signature Homes, it’s all taken care of under one roof.

You can check out the Paerata Rise show home, which offers a perfect blend of modern design and comfort. Featuring three cozy bedrooms, a scullery, and an open-plan kitchen, the home is both functional and stylish.
