ACG Strathallan students achieve global recognition in 2025 Cambridge exams
ACG Strathallan students have earned outstanding international recognition in the 2025 Cambridge International Examinations, securing multiple Top in the World and Top in New Zealand awards and reinforcing the school’s reputation for academic excellence.
Students received three prestigious Top in the World awards, placing them first globally in their respective subjects. These included AS Level Digital Media & Design and two awards in AS Level Design and Technology – a remarkable achievement that highlights the school’s particular strength in creative and applied learning disciplines.
In addition, students achieved two Top in New Zealand awards in English Language at AS Level and IGCSE, along with two High Achievement Awards in AS Level English Language and Computer Science.
The continued success in Design and Technology stands out as a defining feature of this year’s results.
With multiple Top in the World honours in the subject once again, ACG Strathallan has cemented its position as a national leader in innovative, future-focused education.
The school’s Design and Technology programme emphasises creativity, design thinking and real-world problem-solving. Students are encouraged to develop original ideas, experiment with materials and digital tools, and bring concepts to life through a rigorous creative process. This approach prepares graduates for pathways in architecture, engineering, product design and other emerging industries where innovation and adaptability are critical.
Executive principal Danny O’Connor said the awards reflect both exceptional student commitment and the expertise of specialist teaching staff.
