A position has become available in our busy agricultural workshop based in Harrisville, and we are looking for a full-time Mechanic to join our team.
The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing tractors, trucks and agricultural machinery in a busy commercial vegetable-growing environment, with possible callouts across the Franklin area.
What we’re looking for:
- 40 hours per week, with possible weekend work during the peak summer season
- Experience working with agricultural machinery, tractors and trucks
- Good knowledge of general engineering and mechanical systems
- Strong hydraulic and electrical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A practical, hands-on approach with a strong focus on problem-solving and getting the job done
- A commitment to safe working practices
