The tiles along King Street, Pukekohe have been problematic, becoming more slippery during wet weather.
As winter settles in, reports of slips and falls have started circulating again, often turning a brisk walk through the town into an unwanted slip-and-slide, leaving some to question whether sturdier footwear is needed.
