Most importantly, remember why everyone has gathered. Christmas in Auckland is about whānau, sunshine, shared food, and lingering conversations that stretch long into the afternoon.
If something burns or a dish runs late, it’ll be forgotten. What won’t be forgotten is the feeling of being welcomed.
