      Description

Are you practical, business-minded and genuinely experienced with horses?

Do you have the drive to build a successful lifestyle business—helping horses and their owners while creating an uncapped income based on your own results?

Equissage NZ is looking for a motivated, confident and capable sales consultant to represent our world-leading equine therapy products.

This is not a traditional salaried job or a casual side hustle. It is a commission-based opportunity to build your own sales business, backed by a global brand with more than 60 years of proven success.

If you’re a self-starter who enjoys meeting people, attending equestrian events, travelling, generating opportunities and making sales, this could be an exceptional fit.

      THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Equissage Sales Consultant, you’ll manage your own schedule and territory, focusing on the activities that create leads, demonstrations and sales.

      Your role will include:

      • Proactively generating leads through networking, referrals, events, social media and direct contact
      • Conducting professional Equissage demonstrations for horse owners and equestrian businesses
      • Travelling throughout your region—sometimes two to three hours or more—to reach clients and attend events
      • Developing relationships with equestrian clubs, trainers, riders, organisations and industry groups
      • Converting genuine interest into sales through confident, consultative follow-up
      • Supporting clients after purchase and creating valuable, long-term relationships
      • Building Equissage visibility throughout your region through local marketing, sponsorship and events

This opportunity requires flexibility and full commitment. Horse owners are often available outside standard business hours, and equestrian events frequently take place during evenings and weekends. You’ll need the freedom and motivation to work when the opportunities are there.

      WHAT WE PROVIDE

You’ll operate with the autonomy of a business owner—but you won’t be doing it alone.

      Equissage provides:

      • Uncapped, performance-based earning potential
      • A generous commission structure directly linked to your sales
      • Comprehensive product, demonstration, sales and business-development training
      • Ongoing coaching and support from experienced Equissage leaders
      • Clinically trialled products backed by more than 70 years of success
      • A full demonstration kit, including an Equissage Professional Rider Set
      • Support with event planning, sponsorship negotiations and show set-up
      • The opportunity to represent a highly respected global equine-therapy brand
      • Flexibility to manage your own schedule and work across different locations
      • A supportive team invested in helping you succeed

      WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal consultant is practical, personable and credible around horses, with the motivation and life experience required to build a successful sales business.

      You’ll need:

      • Genuine, hands-on horse experience and confident horse-handling skills
      • A strong work ethic and a proactive, business-owner mindset
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
      • Confidence approaching new people and creating your own opportunities
      • The discipline to follow up leads and consistently work toward sales targets
      • An interest in goal-setting, learning and personal development
      • The ability to think creatively and work autonomously
      • The flexibility to work evenings, weekends and irregular hours
      • The ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout a wide geographic area
      • A reliable vehicle suitable for regional travel
      • Availability to attend a two-to-three-day Training School at our Brisbane Head Office

Previous sales or business experience would be valuable, but attitude, initiative, credibility and genuine equine experience are equally important.

      IS THIS YOU?

You may already be well connected within the equestrian community. Perhaps you’ve worked in an equine business, competed, coached, trained horses or built a business of your own.

You understand that success is created through consistent activity: finding leads, building genuine relationships, conducting compelling demonstrations and confidently asking for the sale.

The more effectively you build your network and make sales, the more rewarding your Equissage business can become.

      APPLY NOW

      Please submit:

Your CV & a cover letter outlining your equine experience, relevant business or sales experience, and why this opportunity appeals to you. Your favourite photo of yourself with your horses or animals!
