Moss & Mould Roof Treatment: A treatment is applied directly to the roof to kill and break down moss, mould and lichen. No water blasting or washing is involved. This is particularly effective for lichen and is a lower-impact option for suitable roofs. Results generally begin to show within around 4 weeks, with heavier growth potentially taking up to 26 weeks to fully break down and weather away.

For heavily baked-on black mould, particularly on long-run or iron roofing, a full roof wash may sometimes be the most effective option.
