Guests can choose from two pre-order sharing platters, designed for groups of 4–5 people or 6 people, featuring a wide selection of smoked meats, sides, and desserts. Expect dishes such as brisket, beef short rib, pork ribs, pork belly, karaage chicken, loaded sides, and house-made sauces, with the larger platter including additional premium items like tomahawk steak and extra sides.
Bookings are essential, with platters required to be pre-ordered and paid for by Wednesday evening each week via phone, in person, or direct deposit.
